INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE OVERVIEW

Peruse a sample of work for brands I've had the opportunity to influence, prior to joining J.B. Hunt in 2020. While these client needs both include and extend beyond UX, they've each contributed to the reason I'm more influential as a UX leader.  Tap each project to see a high-level description and my contribution. ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS - Walmart & Sam's Club

Walmart engaged us to help them improve a number of processes across the organization with custom enterprise applications. For each application, we essentially learned how to do the job of their associates, then applied our UX and design expertise to create technology that facilitated more informed, more efficient and more productive decisions. 

ECOMMERCE & ENTERPRISE - Hershey's

Hershey was particularly interested in leveraging social media and innovation in the online grocery space to increase basket size and impulse purchases. With UX expertise and social media savvy, we helped retailers understand how Hershey impulse products can fit into the OGP experience, and how social media innovations can present fresh new ways to drive impulse traffic. Other eComm work includes Kimberly-Clark and Conagra for Amazon, Instacart and Walmart. Work samples upon request. 

LOYALTY APP, POS & SOCIAL MEDIA - Murphy USA

To stay competitive, Murphy challenged us to create an app that increased traffic, purchase frequency and loyalty among their fuel customers. With a comprehensive content calendar, emails, POS media and social media carousel & static ads, we reached 1 Million users in our pilot market shortly after launch. 

SOCIAL MEDIA - Various Clients

Infinite brand-building opportunities on social have contributed to my diverse experience in the space. Peruse a variety of initiatives to enhance engagement, improve positioning, educate consumers and drive purchases - leveraging outlets from Twittter to Pinterest.

Powerful product copy comes from research, distinguishing unique characteristics, understanding product positioning and reading real consumer reviews. It's about relentlessly employing freshness, cleverness & creativity to help consumers find purpose and an emotional connection.

Meghan has dedicated 22+ years to the user experience, marketing and advertising industries. Currently, she brings her multi-faceted talents to the J.B. Hunt UX Team, leading the UX Center of Excellence, comprised of designers, content and research. Across her career, Meghan's leadership and strategic guidance has influenced the performance of some of America’s most recognizable brands including Walmart, Murphy USA, General Motors, Hershey, Ford, Tyson Foods, Kimberly Clark and Quicken Loans. She digs in, identifies opportunities for efficiency, and collaborates with developers, delivery managers, stakeholders, and creative teams for an outcome that's on time and in scope.
